Responsibilities
Ensure compliance of all reporting and contract(s) requirements
Handle all escalated security issue(s) or emergency situation(s), as appropriate
Communicate staffing needs and assist with identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates
Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)
Manage personnel transactional changes (I.e. new hire paperwork, status changes, personal data changes (etc.)
Communicate policies, company announcements and job openings effectively within assigned region(s)
Meet all contractual site scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime
Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific OJT, client-specific training, and annual refresher training for security personnel, as well as meet organizational corporate training standards
Develop / maintain operational procedures and site-specific post orders, to ensure full compliance and awareness
Manage uniform, equipment, inventory control, maintenance checklists, supplies and vehicles utilization within assigned region
System database management – WinTEAM, LMS system, and scheduling
Enforce Command Security policies and procedures, taking appropriate action as applicable
Other management responsibilities as determined by client, OPS Manager or regional leadership team.
