Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of all reporting and contract(s) requirements

  • Handle all escalated security issue(s) or emergency situation(s), as appropriate

  • Communicate staffing needs and assist with identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates

  • Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)

  • Manage personnel transactional changes (I.e. new hire paperwork, status changes, personal data changes (etc.)

  • Communicate policies, company announcements and job openings effectively within assigned region(s)

  • Meet all contractual site scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime

  • Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific OJT, client-specific training, and annual refresher training for security personnel, as well as meet organizational corporate training standards

  • Develop / maintain operational procedures and site-specific post orders, to ensure full compliance and awareness

  • Manage uniform, equipment, inventory control, maintenance checklists, supplies and vehicles utilization within assigned region

  • System database management – WinTEAM, LMS system, and scheduling

  • Enforce Command Security policies and procedures, taking appropriate action as applicable

  • Other management responsibilities as determined by client, OPS Manager or regional leadership team.

  • Computer skills including Outlook, Excel needed
