Description: The Systems Compliance team is a segment of the Product Support Department, which oversees regulatory compliance of life and health insurance products within our Benefits Division. The System Compliance team is responsible for application forms development for company Benefits and ensuring that enrollment processes, forms and procedures comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Compliance Forms Analyst will develop, modify and review standard and custom application and enrollment forms according to approved policies, procedures and filings.
Responsible for maintaining the flow of submitted requests through the inventory and custom forms development processes.
Collaborate and communicate with the compliance team and project managers to ensure forms projects and requests are handled within established service level agreements and deliverable timelines.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree coupled with 2+ years’ experience in application forms /or enrollment forms development within the Life & Health Insurance sector and be well versed with forms design. Should hold experience with desktop publishing including Quark, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe LiveCycle. Must be proficient with MS office products, be detail oriented and have strong analytical skills.
