Brookdale Healthcare Services is looking for a Home Health Human Resources Coordinator to provide services in the Jacksonville area. You"ll work closely with HR managers to process new hires while acting as a liaison between vendors and the company. This role provides opportunity for advancement in our HR department and the chance for you to make a difference in the lives of seniors. *Your responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and general HR support to BHS communities

  • Maintain employee personnel files, including federal I-9 Compliance and licensure verifications

  • Process all required paperwork and employee notifications

  • Function as a liaison between vendors and employees, advising employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters

  • Coordinate and process new hire paperwork, including background checks and new hire forms

  • Provide support to field HR Directors and managers

  • Ensure completion of termination paperwork

Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor"s degree preferred

  • One to three years of related office experience and/or training

  • Must enjoy working with the senior population
