Workforce Reporting & Analytics - Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) Business Operations
The ideal candidate will work with the NY based SVP - Workforce Reporting Manager and a peer leader in Jacksonville, FL to maintain and improve the quality of management level workforce reporting across the CTI organization.The candidate will directly manage the process for completing the Monthly Operating Report (MOR) presentations across multiple CTI businesses and regions, including standardized dashboards and KPI metrics. The MOR presentation has become the golden source for CTI workforce information and includes business driver commentary and analysis on the actual number of resources, future staff outlook by type, location strategy and footprint, labor expense and workforce reengineering activity.CTI has approximately 13,000 resources working in over 75 countries globally at a labor cost of approximately $1 Billion annually.It is preferred that the candidate has extensive experience in communicating to management; using a scorecard approach; leading project teams to support Must Win Battles and a background in IT Management. This position will be an individual contributor role within the Workforce Reporting group, a small motivated team of seven resources in CTI Business Operations, having potential for direct managerial responsibilities in the future.
The CTI Business Operations Group is a high-visibility strategic and transformation group within CTI supporting financial and workforce management, cost reduction, business process reengineering and strategic change initiatives across multiple product areas. The group works by partnering with CTI senior management; CTI Business Management, Finance and other Citi management teams in identifying, structuring and driving efforts to improve the CTI organization’s effectiveness and efficiency. The group reports to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for CTI.
Job Responsibilities: – Work with the Workforce reporting manager and peer leader to communicate results to CTI management on a weekly and monthly basis. Maintain / build streamlined management reporting frameworks across CTI, including MOR presentations that include scorecards and dashboards. Significant analysis of metrics and trending results to report any potential risks or opportunities relating to strategic initiatives and workforce targets. Experience managing to Plans / Targets and leading staff directly or indirectly to drive performance, transparency, governance and accountability. Ability to work with and influence multiple organizations to produce information that is materially accurate and forward looking. Support other “business of IT” projects on an ad hoc basis. Able to manage automation opportunities for further simplifying manual processes and management reporting.

5+ years experience with Business requirements
5+ years with analytical skills
5+ years overall experience in internal management communications and reporting, consulting, change management or audit, preferably for IT organizations or IT departments in large institutions.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Must have experience developing and maintaining management reporting presentations for a large size organizations.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure management process frameworks is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint or other similar applications and familiarity with business intelligence tools and related databases.
Experience driving change through an organization by generating buy-in and consensus through multiple parties.
Detail oriented and ability to think outside the box.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
