The Consultant, Organizational Development / Jacksonville FL contributes to the alignment and deployment of national Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) initiatives, programs and interventions. This role is located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Facilitates the in-market delivery of OD&L initiatives including delivery strategy, implementation support and measurement.
Consults and collaborates with HR and OD&L teams to diagnose organizational, operational and performance based issues and opportunities.
Recommends and implements interventions to support changing business needs, associate engagement and changing workforce needs.
Serves as primary advisor and subject matter expert within the market for all OD&L initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field
Three years of experience of Organizational Development
Self-directed, pro-active, results-oriented
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite of application
