RCM Analyst


KBRwyle is seeking a Reliability Centered Maintenance Analyst (RCM). He/She will perform analyses as required, effectively utilize NAVAIR software to document RCM analyses, draft reports, papers, and presentations to show RCM analysis results. Candidate will also perform basic statistical and cost analyses and participate in RCM team meetings and interviews.Some travel will be required.Education/Experience: A Bachelor's Degree with four (4) years of experience is required. In lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of related professional work experience is required. Experience in aviation maintenance with exposure to aircraft, aircraft systems, ground support equipment, trend analysis or reliability analysis is highly desired. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) training and certification is considered a definite plus, but is not required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Candidate should have a working knowledge of Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC), aircraft maintenance plans, aircraft maintenance and systems. Familiarity with Integrated Reliability Centered Maintenance (IRCMS) software and any/all phases of Design Interface Maintenance Planning is highly desired.Candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to collect, sort and analyze various qualitative and quantitative data. Candidate should have a working knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Planning, Planned Maintenance Information Cards (PMIC), MRC decks, CNAF 4790.2, aircraft maintenance plans, and aircraft systems maintenance and operating procedures.
